What a useful report can include
Name the page, describe the visible problem and the steps immediately before it, and include the browser, operating system or assistive technology if relevant. For a calculation concern, use a fictional test case rather than a real person's record.
- Useful: page address, error message, calculation-method version and reproducible steps.
- Useful: whether keyboard, focus, screen reader, zoom or touch behavior is affected.
- Do not send: birth date/time/place, coordinates, chart image, certificate, name, email history or medical/personal context.
How corrections will be handled
Calculation reports are checked against the documented zodiac, coordinate and time conventions and reproduced with non-sensitive test data. Factual claims are checked against their primary sources, and accessibility issues are reproduced using the reported interaction path.
Material corrections receive a dated update on the relevant page, and affected tests are rerun before publication.
