Minimum input by calculation
Every supported placement needs a valid birth date. A place is requested because it resolves the historical timezone represented by that local date; it also supplies the coordinates Rising requires. A clock time is optional for planetary signs but mandatory for any Rising result.

Birth date
The verified product range begins on 1 January 1900 and ends at the bounded current date. Enter the calendar date recorded for the birthplace, not a UTC date calculated elsewhere. Unsupported dates return a limit message instead of an untested position.
Time and confidence
Before a time field appears, choose Exact, Approximate or Unknown. Approximate also requires a plus-or-minus window so the engine can evaluate what changes. Unknown never asks for a placeholder clock value. A 12-hour entry must include the correct AM/PM meaning; the confirmation step shows the interpreted local label and UTC conversion.
If a daylight-saving change makes the label repeated, choose between the displayed real offsets. If the label did not exist, enter a different recorded time or change the confidence; the calculator will not silently move it forward.
Place, coordinates and timezone
Select the country first, then a place result showing region and coordinates. This prevents an unseen first-match choice among duplicate names. If the place is unavailable, enter latitude, longitude and an IANA identifier such as Europe/Dublin through the manual fallback. The app validates the timezone identifier before calculation.
Coordinates are used for Rising and timezone-boundary resolution. Planetary positions remain geocentric; entering a place does not turn them into topocentric results.
What not to enter or send
Do not enter a name, email, hospital, certificate number or narrative history; the form has no fields for them. Do not send a full birth date, time, city, coordinates or chart screenshot through a correction channel. A non-sensitive report can name the page, error category, browser and visible audit behavior without identifying the person whose data was calculated.
Private calculation boundaries
The current form keeps raw inputs in temporary in-page memory. It does not write them to localStorage or sessionStorage, put them in a page address, or submit them to the publisher’s servers. Place search uses local bundled data. The hosting provider still receives ordinary requests for pages and static assets, as explained in the Privacy policy.
